2.14 Significant Activities and contributions made by IQAC
➢ One day seminar on “Roles of IQAC and Quality Metrics in HEIs” was organized for the
faculty members on 12-9-2016.
➢ A Workshop on Examination Reforms and Mechanics of Setting Question Papers was

organised by the IQAC in association with the Examination Section on 21 January 2017.
➢ The IQAC has coordinated with the Commerce Department to organise a one day programme
on “Implications of GST” for the benefit of the nearby industries and faculty members on 30th
April 2017.
➢ The Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for the year 2015-16 was submitted to NAAC
on 31-10-’16 and the same was hosted in the Institution Website.
➢ In order to enhance the quality of the existing feedback system, the IQAC has formulated a
system for collecting and analysing the feedback from the Alumni, Parents and the Students
uniformly across the KAHE.
➢ The IQAC has taken the initiative to reconstitute various Committees and Cells and set out a
mechanism for holding the meetings with their members to monitor and improve their
performance at specified intervals.
➢ The IQAC has co-ordinated with the Clubs to enhance their performance.
