1.4.2 – How the feedback obtained is being analyzed and utilized for overall development of the institution?

Feedback Obtained
Assessment of feedback assists to analyze the strength and the weaknesses of
the institution so that we can take necessary actions to improve the quality of
curriculum and thereby the quality of students and also the overall development
of the institution. For every semester, necessary arrangements are made to
receive the feedback responses from students, parents and other stakeholders on
quality related to curriculum. The ultimate goal of stakeholder’s feedback is
to get useful insights for the enrichment of the curriculum. Mode of feedback
collection: Student feedback is obtained through Online, which includes
submission of responses in the online forms while offline submission involves
the manual submission (whenever necessary) through printed questionnaire
provided by departments at requisite schedule. The qualitative feedback in the
form of appreciation letters, and e-mails are also analyzed. Student’s
Feedback: The feedback from the students collected once in a semester helps to
analyse and enhance the learning environment in order to achieve the outcomes.
This is collected as per the format recommended by IQAC under the supervision
of the Head of the Department. Faculty Feedback: This feedback targets the
inputs of faculties on curriculum design, assessment patterns, and overall
working environment. The feedback is collected every semester. In addition to
this, the peer’s feedback from external academicians is also collected.
Employer’s Feedback (Industrial Feedback): The purpose of the feedback is to
obtain the Employer’s input on the quality of the curriculum and to assess
whether the expectations of recruiters were fulfilled. The student’s ability to
handle the professional situations and knowledge acquired during their learning
is also assessed. Alumni Feedback: The purpose of this feedback is to obtain
the inputs from the alumni during Alumni meet or through e-mail on the quality
of the curriculum current requirements. This helps us to assess the extent of
