Teachers-students Meet (PTM) once in a year to make parents and guardians
acquainted with the academic and professional growth of their ward. Feedback
from parents about the curriculum is collected by the concerned mentors
manually. Feedback analysis: This mechanism involves the compilation of data
collected from various stakeholders to be submitted to the feedback co-
coordinator/Head of the Department. The collected feedback will be analyzed by
the assigned faculty and the report/scores are submitted for verification to
Head of the Department for analysisof data. Feedback review recommendations:
From the feedback received from various stakeholders, the programme coordinator
will compile the final observations and it will be put forth for further action
by respective Board of Studies. This will be discussed in BOS and the necessary
changes will be recommended in the curriculum. Other recommendations related to
physical infrastructure, teaching – learning process, research and development
are also incorporated. Action taken: On the basis of recommendations given by
the members of the BoS, the final action/ resolution to be taken by the
Academic Council of the institution is placed in the “BoM” meeting for
approval. Other facility requirements are taken to BoM.
