The Training and Placement Cell at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (KAHE) equips students for future career support through need-based training from their first year. Expert trainers provide holistic training in aptitude, soft skills, and domain expertise, enabling our students to meet the demands of the current industrial scenarios. Campus placement drives are meticulously organized to secure internship and employment opportunities from reputable firms before graduation. The training curriculum undergoes regular updates to align with evolving industry demands. The placement cell provides guidance for successful careers, and the college maintains active MoUs & Centers of Excellence with prominent industry players. In the academic year 2023-2024, over 1247 offers were extended by 131 reputed companies.
