The Department of Commerce with Information Technology at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (KAHE) provides an industry-focused learning environment that integrates commerce with modern technology. It offers three specialised programmes: B.Com (BPS) in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), B.Com (IAF) integrated with International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC) and ACCA (UK), and B.Com (IT) focusing on programming, ERP, and digital business technologies.

The department emphasizes practical learning through projects, internships, and industry interactions, equipping students with strong foundations in accounting, finance, analytics, and IT applications. Our curriculum covers essential areas such as accounting, finance, business management, business analytics, programming, database management systems, ERP applications, e-commerce, digital business technologies, and data-driven decision-making. The Department offers three industry-oriented programmes: B.Com (BPS) with a TCS-designed curriculum, B.Com (IAF) integrated with ISDC and ACCA (UK), and B.Com (IT) combining commerce with technology and analytics.
