Department of Biotechnology

Overview

The Department of Biotechnology was established in the year 2013. It offers B.Tech Biotechnology programme to provide quality education, training and research in Biotechnology. The Department has well qualified and experienced faculty members as its significant strength who constantly motivates, inspires and guides the students for their personal growth and to become technically competent. The Department is booming with all the essential facilities and infrastructure to cater the needs of the students and the society. The research specialization of the department includes drug discovery and is constantly striving for the industrial collaboration for downstream processing of bio-based products.
